  • Implemented multiple strategies to gain more followers and interaction on all platforms with a focus on Instagram.

  • Created Mystery Pop-Up Events that were announced 24 hours in advance on Instagram and Facebook stories with location announced the day of. Drawing an average of an additional 200 views to our stories and 200-250 students attended the events. These events were always highly requested dishes by the students and includes sushi bars, smoothie bars, chocolate fountains, and ice cream sundae bars.

  • Created and developed "Dining Hall Hacks" where I used foods readily available in the dining hall to create new dishes. Including Buffalo Chicken Dip, Chick-fil-a Sauce, Loaded Fries, and Waffle Ice Cream Sandwiches! Students even sent in their own hacks that we featured on our story.

  • Increased cross departmental relationships to begin social media takeovers and begin tagging Dining Services on posts.

  • Our 8:00 am breakfast crepe event was so successful that we had to cut off the line and do it again the next day. We managed to get 350 college students out of bed at 8:00 am TWICE!

  • Arranged a special meeting with the French Club where they could practice French with a native speaker and he gave each attendee an Eiffel Tower key chain from Paris.
